Custom prices for private events and manual bookings

Last week the first iteration of the project was implemented and tested. Tests made both in Backoffice and Storefront, by: 1. Creating a manual booking 2. Setting a custom unit price for tickets and add-ons 3. Getting the Payment Link 4. Paying the correct amount through the Storefront What's missing is to verify that: * Emails show the correct values * Receipt PDF is generated correctly * Better UX and UI in the Backoffice
