New Update for Custom prices for private events and manual bookings

Last week the first iteration of the project was implemented and tested. Tests made both in Backoffice and Storefront, by:
1. Creating a manual booking
2. Setting a custom unit price for tickets and add-ons
3. Getting the Payment Link
4. Paying the correct amount through the Storefront
What's missing is to verify that:
* Emails show the correct values
* Receipt PDF is generated correctly
* Better UX and UI in the Backoffice
